Love to Live - Live to love

Our vacation to Florida was wonderful!
Got to celebrate Tatum's sweet 16 and Jay and my 22nd anniversary while we were there.  I parasailed.  I'm glad I did it, but don't believe will do it again.  Laid in the sun and played in the sand and the ocean.  Ate lots of seafood, and enjoyed being with my family!
I swam with dolphins.  One was named Rue, a rescue dolphin found off the coast of New Orleans.  She was unable to be sent back into the wild, so she is now a companion dolphin.  She was in the process of being trained and they told us to not give her attention if she didn't follow directions and showed off.  She tried a few times to be silly, and they made us get out of the water, so she knew she couldn't play if she didn't go by the rules.  Then we played with Jet.  A 3 year old dolphin that was born and raised at the park.  He liked to "talk" and had always been around people, so he showed off effortlessly.  It was a great experience and something I always wanted to do.
You all know how I feel about animals ~ I wanted to take a dolphin home with me!

I headed back to Dallas on Tuesday. Got to spend some time with my sister and her family a few days. (And got to see Justin Bieber in concert!)
Left for Houston once again on Thursday for my check up on Friday.  The "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants/Panties" once again took the road trip from Fort Worth to Houston.  Thedra and I saw beautiful fireworks coming into Houston all around us on July 4th!

I have a few side effects from the trial that are expected, but otherwise I feel really good.

I'm told that I don't even look sick by many people.  (including doctors) I sometimes wonder the same.  AM I REALLY SICK? DO I REALLY HAVE CANCER? A glance in the mirror each morning is a reminder, but otherwise, I feel like myself and feel fine.

I'm lovin life!!!

Happy to be home for a few weeks, before the next check up in Houston.

Romans 12:12  Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.
